Quickly learn how to evaluate your current roles, juggle your responsibilities more effectively, and quickly shift out of overwhelm. You will learn how to achieve more in less time while enhancing all relationships and accelerating your success!
11:00 -11:45: “Clarify, Adjust, Or Re-Invent Your Professional GPS: Modern technology continually leads rapid change. You will discover when and how to adjust your professional vision, so you intuitively transition the direction of your goals in a timely manner. You will learn how to make fast laser focused decisions and re-align your plan to achieve what you want. You will also become more aware of your current: strengths, weaknesses, fears, patterns of behaviors, and core values that will assist you save time, and enjoy running on the treadmill of life to achieve your goals.
11:45 – 1:00 Lunch – Discounted Boxed Lunches are available for you to pre-order for $15.00 Choice of Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Pastrami, or Veggie Sandwich. Potato chips, Banana, Cookie, and Bottled Water are included. Boxed lunches must be ordered and paid for by May 27, 2020. There are also a couple of places to purchase food at conference location, Eagle Crest Resort.
1:00 – 2:00: “Communication Connects Success “: What are you saying before you speak a word? And, when you do speak, what do you say, and how do you say it? You will learn how to establish instant rapport and connect with others more efficiently in person, via phone, and screen technology, to assist you with: contract negotiations, customer service, sales profit, team unity, and business growth. 2:00 – 3:00: “How To Network Like Magic”: What’s your intention when you enter a room, meet new people, or begin a conversation? Learn how to make a great first impression, continuously connect with aligned people, and become a magnet of success for yourself and others. Effective networking is a skill that assists you connect with others and attract success for a lifetime!
3:00 – 3:30: “Break Time”: Bring a snack, meet other attendees, stretch your legs.
3:30 – 4:30: “How To Tee Up A Dream Team”: You can only go so far going it alone. Learn how to inspire people to embrace your vision, by first clarifying the specific strengths, skills, & attributes of the people you are looking for; while also learning how you can best assist your potential teammates to achieve their personal vision by being a member of your team! Clarity and effective communication are key to leading a united team!
