Connecting Women and Leadership – June 15, 2017

8:00 am – 9:00 am: Resgistration 

9:00 – 9:15: Welcome and Introductions

9:15 – 10:15:  “How To Harmonize Your Life” – It’s All About Politics: Learn how to “be yourself,” remaining true to your highest values, as you transition from one role to the next in your personal & professional life. Quickly learn how to evaluate your current roles & responsibilities, communicate your feelings peacefully with others: while honoring your values, and respecting the individual feelings, values, & integrity of other people.

10:30 -11:30: “Clarifying What your Stand For”: You’re running so fast on the treadmill of life that you don’t see the changes you’re going through. Much will be revealed to you about yourself: strengths, weaknesses, fears, patterns of behaviors, and current core values that will assist you to discover what you personally value most.

11:30 – 12:45: Lunch – Discounted Boxed Lunches are available for you to pre-order for $10.00 Choice of Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Pastrami, or Veggie Sandwich. Potato chips, Banana, Cookie, and Bottled Water are included. Boxed lunches must be ordered and paid for by June 5, 2017. There are also a couple of places to purchase food at conference location, Eagle Crest Resort.

1:00 – 2:00: “Connecting Through Powerful Communication”: Learn patterns of your communication you are not even aware of that are preventing you from attracting what you want. I will teach a few simple techniques that will assist you in communicating more effectively personally and professionally to accelerate your success!

2:15 – 3:15: “How To Network Like Magic”: Learn how to make a great first impression, establish instant rapport with various personalities, connect instantly, and authentically influence people to take action.

1:00 – 1:30: “The Value of Understanding Our Government”: Discover how understanding the way our government operates opens up opportunities and support for your life and career. Learn more about the cogs and function of our government, and how to leverage it to work for you.

1:45 – 2:15: “Looking at Government Offices & Support Positions”: Learn the different roles various political offices play in the decision-making process, how they make their decisions, and how their staff and support positions come into play.

2:30 – 3:15: “How to Have Your Representatives Work For You”: Discover the best communication tactics to get in touch with representatives and how to utilize their staff to create a partnership with your endeavors! There will be a 15min Q & A session to address your questions about these government topics.

3:30 – 4:00: “Q & A Session”:  All attendees gather in the main room to ask questions regarding all topics provided today by speakers, and expert guests we have requested to join us today.

4:00 – 5:00: “How To Tee Up A Dream Team”: We all need people to help us along the way. You can only go so far going it alone. Learn how to inspire people to buy into your vision by first clarifying the specific strengths,  skills, & attributes of the people you are looking for; while also learning how you can best assist your potential teammates to achieve their personal vision by being a member of your team!
